Carolina Herreras’s Spring 2009 fashion show color palette was show-stopping: bright persimmon paired with hibiscus, teal faille trimmed in tweed and a marigold photo print.

But, my favorites were black and white.
Love the black gown’s effortless silhouette and the simple structure of the white dress below. So feminine and pretty.
Spring is certainly all about “The Ruffle.”
