The Paris-based company offers an assortment of stylish and practical handbags and accessories that exude effortless French chic and a certain je ne sais quoi.

Managing Director David Maruani, describes the brand as “timeless yet modern with a twist, aimed at women of character.”

The family-owned firm has its own shops, shop-in-shops and department store outlets across Europe - France, Italy, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal. Outside its European heartland, the line can be found in Portugal, Morocco, Lebanon, Kuwait, Dubai, Russia, Japan, Taiwan and South Africa.

Unfortunately, no retail stores in the states, but if you jet through any of France’s major airports (Charles de Gaulle or Orly) check out one of the in airport boutiques.

Many of our favorite celebs (Halle Berry, Eva Longoria-Parker, Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Alba, etc.) have been toting GD bags for some time now.

Angelina Jolie (33) and partner Brad Pitt(44) welcomed their twins yesterday in Nice, France -  a son, named Knox Léon Jolie-Pitt, and a daughter,  named Vivienne Marcheline. Both babies arrived via C-section and are just a little over 5 lbs.  They will remain in the hospital for at least a few days.

It has been reported that the first photos of the children have been sold for $11 million dollars.

The arrival of the twins brings Jolie’s brood with partner Brad Pitt to six.

The couple have three adopted children: Maddox, six; Pax, four; Zahara, three, and a biological child, Shiloh, born in May 2006.

Before the twins were born, the mayor of Nice, France made the unborn children honorary citizens  of the small coastal town.

The mayor said, “That is for the citizens of Nice a very great honour and a great satisfaction. We are very happy for this choice of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and I want to say to them that I wish a lot of joy to them and the babies, and great success for all of their lives. All their lives they will be Nicois and all their life they will be able to come to Nice and we will receive them with great honour.”

Gossip site, Just Jared has reported that the Jolie-Pitt attorneys at law firm, Lavely & Singer, snatched up all domain name combinations of the twins’ names mere hours ago. Example: knoxleonjoliepitt.com, knoxjoliepitt.com, viviennemarchelinejoliepitt.com.  They have a great team of lawyers and just reiterates their desire to keep their kids safe, whatever the cost.

On a side note, Angelina’s dress (left) is one of my favorite fashion choices this pregnancy.  Love the colors shape and length.

Angelina (33) is currently pregnant with twins who will soon join the Joli-Pitt clan - Maddox Chivan (almost 7), Pax Thien (4.5), Zahara Marley  (3.5) and  Shiloh Nouvel(2).

Any guess to how much the first pictures will sell for?  Shiloh’s first photos reportedly grossed over $10 million worldwide.  Wow!

Angelina  is without a doubt one of the best dressed and most beautiful celebrity Moms today.  Whether rocking the red carpet or treading the sidewalks, she always looks fabulous.

She maintained her staple black throughout her pregnancy, but frequently sported colors and prints, especially at events. She does seem to adhere to the “one color palette is better” rule of fashion, as head-to-toe color (or shades of the same color) compliment the body the best.

Blacks and neutral colors seem to be her “off-carpet” favorites.

Her fashion motto seems to embrace all things simple, comfortable and timeless - which I personally love.

This is probably my favorite look - breezy, chic and still glamorous. Something we can all wear.
