37-year-old Entourage Executive Producer Mark Walberg is more Invincible Daddy than Boogy Nights Bad Boy.  Mark was spotted toting his son Michael (2)  around LA this week.  Michael’s big sister Ella (4.5) is not pictured.

Mom, Rhea Dunham (29) is preganant with their third child.   A friend of the family told OK Magazine that Mark is, “thrilled to be having another baby. He is an amazing dad and his two children are his world. He always used to joke about wanting at least a dozen kids, but it looks like he wasn’t joking after all.”

Mark shares that, “when the kids are good, we want eight or nine. When they’re bad, we [want] to stop at three.”

Michael is wearing a blue and yellow striped Gap tee and navy shorts. Similar tees from Gap $8 - $14.50.

Mark and Rhea have been together 7 years and are in no rush to walk down the isle.

“In this day and age there is less pressure to be married. I hear that its just a piece of paper, and figure that that piece of paper will not make or break what we have built together. Coming from a divorced home and watching the court fights we decided not to go that route for the time being. There have been no hardships due to not legally married. Everything is the same from Doctors to school for unmarried parents as it is for married parents. The positive spin we have on the subject is that if the unfortunate ever happens and we split, there will be no court battles, costly attorney, and divorce proceedings. We are in this together whether I take his last name or not. I have been able to make a life for myself knowing full well that if anything ever happens I can handle it and that we will still be a team when it comes to raising our children.”

July 7th was a big day for celebrity births. First Nicole Kidman’s and Keith Urban’s daughter Sunday Rose in the morning, and last evening, Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves greeted a new baby boy.

According to McConaughey’s rep, Alan Nierob, the baby boy was born at 6:22 pm and weighed 7 pounds and 4 ounces.

This is the first child for McConaughey (38) and Alves who have been dating for two years. The name has not been announced.

McConaughey told OK!. ““A healthy baby boy was born, Camila and I were side by side the entire time. We are both tired and elated, and are so happy to have created the greatest miracle in the world — Having a child and making a family. Now comes the greatest adventure — raising one, together.”
