Our favorite celebrities looked stunning on the Red Carpet at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards held on Sunday, January 11th at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Angelina Jolie (above) looked simple and radiant in a beautiful Atelier Versace gown.

High School Musical sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens (above) look gorgeous together.  Vanessa looked young and fresh in a beautiful, intricate floor-grazing Alberta Ferretti gown. Zac wore a Burberry suit.

21-year old Evan Rachel Wood (above) was both glamorous and adventurous in her  black Elie Saab dress.

Kate Winslet (33) looked regal and elegant in black Yves Saint Laurent along side Revolutionary Road co-star Leonard DiCaprio.

Kate took home the “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture” for Revolutionary Road. Kate beat out Angelina Jolie, Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, and Kristin Scott Thomas.  Kate also picked up a Globe for “Best Performance by an Actress In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture” for her work in The Reader. Congratulations!

The 36-year-old, Cameron Diaz (top right)looked lovely in a pretty, pink taffeta Chanel Haute Couture dress from the 2008/09 Fall/Winter collection.

Just days short of his 21st birthday, Zac Efron covers Entertainment Weekly’s Photo Issue in stores now.

In the candid interview Efron shares a glimpse into his quasi normal life in Hollywood, which he deems an adventure. “I’m always bobbing and weaving through alleyways trying to get to meetings, scouting out and looking outside doors and running around like Jason Bourne,” says Efron. ”I’ve always loved secret agent movies, whether it be James Bond or Bourne Identity. Now I’m kind of living it.”

Whether it is Bourne or Bond, Efron has the charisma, attitude and appeal that could keep him in the spotlight for years to come. ”He had an ease and a charm where even if he messed up, it turned out better than if he had done it right.” HSM director Kenny Ortega says of Efron. ”He reminded me of Cary Grant or when I worked with Matthew Broderick in Ferris Bueller.”

Efron openly admires the careers of Johnny Depp and Lionardo DiCaprio who successfully  made the leap from poster boy to Oscar contenders. ”They do it because they love it, not because they enjoy being famous. You have to have good foresight and be really careful. If you don’t adapt and learn at a very young age, you can really mess up.”

On the decision to film HSM3: ”This felt like a good final chapter of HSM for me,” Efron says of the film. ”The fans basically demanded we make it. So this was our opportunity to do everything to the best of our abilities on a big screen.”

On working with off-screen girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens: ”After three movies together, Vanessa and I feel free to do whatever we want, and we’re just kind of silly and uninhibited,” he says. ”It felt like the best working vacation I’ve ever taken.”

19-year-old, High School Musical sweetheart, Vanessa Hudgens is part of  the hottest group in Young Hollywood today.  She is best known and loved by her fans for her role in HSM as Gabriella Montez and as girlfriend to Zac Efron.

Onscreen and in interviews, Vanessa seems like just another young, vivacious, unassuming teen.  Surprisingly normal, right? Well, yes, except for the multiple pairs of Christian Louboutins and Balenciaga bags and being stalked incessantly by the paparazzi.

Being in the spotlight can be difficult for some, but V has navigated her way like a seasoned pro. Always beautiful, stylish and cute, this teen has a great sense of style for someone so young. She has made very few (if any) red carpet mistakes

She does not under-dress and she does not over dress. She has  the balance just right.

Remember the likes of some other teen starlets who made some notably bad fashion choices.

Open about her love for Christian Louboutin, Balenciaga and chain apparel stores, Urban Outfitters and Free People, V has often described her style as “bohemian chic.” Casual, hip, yet sexy, she knows what to pair for day and night and keeps her accessories to a minimum.

Vanessa has gone from an unknown teen to a style teen queen. I hope her style continues to shine on the red carpet…and to think, this is only the beginning.

Upper left: One of the first times Vanessa appeared on the red carpet was for the “Thunderbirds” UK & LA Premiere back in July 2004. She was only 15 then and probably still trying to discover her style, but for her first outing she looks sweet and fresh.

There is a new group of hot, young celebrities in Hollywood today.

Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, The Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus head the group.  All between the ages of 15 - 20, they have made a serious imprint in the hearts of our kids, but are also in the process of being accepted by the adults as well. Vanessa, Zac and JB are already there, featured in and on the covers of some major magazines - Rolling Stone, People, Details, Glamour, etc.

All have emerged on the scene in the past 3 years from the magna corporation DISNEY.

It won’t be difficult to keep an eye on these “IT” kids, hopefully we will still see them around in 10 years.
