Glorious Victoria Beckham, mother of three young boys (Brooklyn, 9; Romeo, 6; and Cruz, 3) and the wife of sports icon David Beckham graces the cover of Bazaar.  In her candid article she shares a glimpse of what it’s like to walk in her “nine inch heels.”

On her image: “I go into hair and makeup, and I turn into ‘Victoria Beckham.’ I’ll try on all my dresses, and I’ll pick out a handbag, and I’ll put on the shades. I instantly turn into this person, and it sort of feels like a character. And there are so many pictures of it. But it’s a true character because it’s still me.

Victoria does let herself go occasionally. “I run around the house in a tracksuit sometimes!” she protests. What sort of tracksuit? “A fabulous one.” When out and about, she always pulls a look together. “If I go to the supermarket looking like shit, that affects my work. I am selling an image. Plus, I have fun with it.”

On a daughter one day: “I’m such a girl’s girl,” Victoria says. “I walk into my closet and go, ‘Crikey!’ To one day hand that down to another girl …” But no, she is not pregnant. “You get a little water retention; it’s not news. Me, Katie, Eva, and Kate always joke about how one of us is allegedly pregnant, but no, we’re just a little bloated today! None of us is pregnant.”

Love the story that Victoria shares about how David surprised her with a trip to England to renew their wedding vows. The two boarded a private plane filled with flowers. “David was wearing a tracksuit, but then he went to the bathroom and came out in a tuxedo. I was like, ‘Um, I should have made more of an effort.’ But then he gave me this gorgeous white Cavalli dress, with matching shoes and two different options of handbags.” They arrived at their home in Hertfordshire, where they were met by their families and remarried “by the same vicar who first married us.” Back to the jet, “where we had Nobu onboard. Then we flew to Paris, where we stayed at the Coco Chanel Suite at the Ritz.” Still in the Cavalli? Victoria smiles girlishly. “Oh, no, David gave me another dress. An Alaïa.”

Busy Mom, Victoria Beckham shares with the Sun that she’s not ready for more children.  “I don’t want another baby for two years because I’m working so hard on my fashion business. I haven’t got time.”

34-year-old Victoria is focusing on her fashion line (which had a successful preview at London’s Fashion Week) and her family.

“David and I still go out on our own and we have a real laugh together,” she says. “I love him more now than I did when we first met. “I know people sometimes don’t want to believe that we are happy but we are. And, come on, I couldn’t put on an act. I’m not that good an actress. Have you seen Spiceworld?

“My mum and dad have been married for 40 years and they still sit down together and watch TV holding hands. They are my role models.

“As much as they did everything for me and my brother and sister, they still found time to do things as a couple, and even now they go out with their friends.”

Victoria also shares that her three boys - Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six, and three-year-old Cruz - are not spoiled. “We both say no to the kids and they don’t get everything they want.

“It’s nice to treat them but at the same time you don’t want to end up with spoilt little sods, and it could be very easy, especially living here. We’re very strict with them. We treat them now and then but they’re not the kind of kids who have everything they want when they want. It’s just not good for them. I want them to know you have to work hard for things and if they don’t say please or thank you they don’t get anything.

“They know that if I’m away or David’s away, that Mummy and Daddy are away working, because that’s what you have to do if you want nice things and have nice holidays. You have to work hard for it.”

34-year-old international style icon, Victoria Beckham graces the cover of the August 2008 issue of Allure Magazine and shares her views on beauty, fashion and style.

On her looks: “I just make the best out of what I have. I’m not out-of-the-ordinary-looking at all. I’m incredibly ordinary.”

Yes, don’t we all wish we were as “ordinary” as VB.

Fashion a là VB: “For me, fashion is about different looks. Anything I wear is relatively simple, but has character.  I think at the end of the day, people dress in a way that suits them. I think with all these people, what they’re wearing suits their personalities and who they are. Don’t forget that fashion isn’t everything to the same people. They wear what they want to wear, and that’s it. Some people just don’t care.”

On wearing designer dresses: “This was Elton John’s White Tie and Tiara Ball, and that was a Cavalli dress—the famous Ming vase dress. That was one of the best dresses Cavalli has done, I think. If I’d had a big grin, it wouldn’t have matched the outfit. It’s about making the dress look good. I have a photographic memory [for clothes]. I can remember what everybody wears, all the time.”

On hair: “I think long hair is great, but I like to change it up, move on and do different things. I don’t want to always look the same.

On smiling: “Of course I smile. They don’t use those pictures. It’s a better story to say that I’m a miserable cow. I get it.”

On dressing in character (left picture): “I look like a librarian. I like to dress in a character. This is a Marc Jacobs sweatshirt, a Chanel scarf, Hermes bag, Christian Louboutin shoes, DVB glasses, and a Roland Mouret skirt. We’d been to FAO Schwartz [where we bought my son's scarf and hat]. He wanted to be Harry Potter. I do think maybe I’m dressing more conservatively. Look at how English that looks.”

On having a look (right picture): “We had a lot of fun at the Met event (Costume Institute Ball 2008). I do look at myself and think, ‘Oh, give us a little smile.’ But you know what? That’s me. I like to really do a look. I’ve never worn Armani before, but I created this with Armani. We put a new collar on it and changed the shape of it slightly. The earrings were my own—they’re vintage Chopard. It just felt like the right thing to do, to put the hair up, to have a red lip. Some people are going to love this, some will hate it—but it was a real look.”

Victoria Beckham (34) was spotted at London Heathrow airport with sons Cruz (3) and Romeo (5). Oldest son Brooklyn Joseph (9) was not present.

Victoria is the epitome of the super stylish Mom -  Always in heels, designer clothes, perfectly coiffed hair and nails(Something I could never do).   I can’t even imagine her in sweats or sleepwear. Does she even wear them?  Maybe one day we will see what her maternity wear will look like, if V tries for a daughter.

Cruz and Romeo wore matching yellow polos, jeans and white tennis shoes. Romeo is already rocking the uber cool vibe with his ipod shuffle in teal in hand. $49 from Apple.
